From Personal Practice to Professional Application
The Certified Neural Skills Coach program is a four-week extension for graduates of the NSP Practitioner course who want to apply neural training principles to help their coaching clients, work teams, and organizations become more effective.
Ideal for coaches and practitioners looking to integrate science-based methods into their professional practice, the Coach certification provides a comprehensive exploration of the coaching role, the detailed business case for neural training, hands-on experience leading foundational practices, and a series of case studies that map specific practices to specific business challenges.
Where the Practitioner course develops your personal neural skills foundation, the Coach course teaches you how to bring those capabilities to the people you serve - with the science, the methods, and the confidence to deliver real results.

The NSHP Course
The Coach course extends the Practitioner foundation into professional coaching application. You'll learn to position neural training within coaching, consulting, HR, and team leadership contexts - and to articulate the detailed, evidence-based business case that resonates with clients and organizations.
You'll gain hands-on experience leading foundational mindfulness, breathwork, and visualization practices with individuals and groups. And you'll work through a series of real-world case studies that map specific neural practices to resolve specific business challenges - from burnout to team friction to change resistance.
The course also covers frameworks for integrating neural training into existing coaching engagements and consulting programs, and the ethical scope of practice - knowing what to coach, what to refer, and how to care for clients well.
