The Challenge: How Can We Reset and Re-Engage Our People?

This Solutions Lab is built around a simple but important idea: when it comes to employee engagement, there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and there are no one-time silver bullets. We will learn the science of personal connection and explore our own leadership styles and preferences through a self-assessment that can be used later to create better workplace relationships with leaders, direct reports, and teammates.

Like all Solutions Labs, this workshop will include an interactive case study that allows members to explore how different decisions contribute to engaged team members and what went wrong when those decisions backfired. The lab will culminate with a small-group discussion and an opportunity to reform the group for continued work in forums and future events, so space will be limited.
