Please join us for this FIFTH private, member-only, 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course led by our IOSM-certified Teacher and Community Leader, Dr. Jessica Magnus.
MBSR is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. This course is designed to help participants manage stress, improve well-being, and navigate life with greater clarity, compassion, and resilience.
Experiential Intervention For Life Management
Each weekly session combines experiential learning, guided meditation, mindful movement, and group dialogue to build skills that last a lifetime. Participants will:
