Welcome to this session on vehicles and mindfulness.


What we're going to look at in this session is why clear goals can be really important for you.


Also, in terms of having more mindfulness, more peace of mind in your life, we're also going to look a bit behind the scenes of the brain and look at the psychology of goal setting, and how sometimes the conscious mind and the subconscious mind can go in different directions, and thereby making you not achieve your goals.


We're going to look at how mindfulness can create more alignment between the subconscious and the conscious to help you achieve your goals. And I'm going to give you a few examples on how physical exercise can be a good example of goal setting, or organizational change.


We're also going to look at how we can positively frame and make our goals specific. As for the brain easier to cope with goals. And at the very end, we're going to look at a little exercise that will help you to clarify your goals, both professionally and personally.

And these goals you'll be using over the next weeks when we're going to look at prioritization and career planning.
