Everyone knows Hussain bolt, the fastest man on earth, the holder of three consecutive Olympic gold medals in the 100 meter final, and eight gold medals and totals. This achievement took him 12 years.
Now I've spent 20 years working with professional athletes. And I'm often asked, what is the difference between professionals and everyone else, the truth is in many, but here's one critical one, Hussein bolts total competition time, for eight gold medals would have been roughly one minute, 47 seconds, over 12 years, his total practice time would have been in excess of 12,000 hours. Roger Federer has won 20 grand slams, and his total practice time would have been more than 20,000 hours.

If you find that you become aggressive or vocal when you're angry, even that's a program that's deeply ingrained into your psyche. And what athletes are doing by practicing so much is that they rewriting this program.
You see, repetition is the only way to transfer still an emotion or a reaction from your subconscious mind your subconscious mind. And when it is there is a part and parcel of who you are, when it is needed most. It'll fire without you even knowing.
