About the Event

Performance and Creativity Elite athletes, renowned artists, and successful leaders practice breath control and neural exercises to achieve a state of peak performance and creative flow. What We’ll Explore Working in a flow state—where work feels effortless and deeply engaging—is key to peak performance and creativity. This session explores the neuroscience behind flow and how breathwork can help professionals enter and sustain this optimal state. Facilitated By: OMN Community Leader Sarah Sherwood is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Mindfulness Coach, and Certified Trauma-Trained Breathwork Facilitator who works at the intersection of science and soul. She helps high-achieving professionals and purpose-driven leaders break free from chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and old survival patterns blocking their growth and fulfillment.
