Facilitator Certification is a 4-week extension that prepares graduates of Organizational Mindfulness, Neural Leadership, or Neural Wellbeing to guide clients, coworkers, and teams in cultivating essential human skills for leadership and workforce performance.

Teacher Certification is a final 4-week extension that certifies the knowledge and skills to integrate neuroscience and neural training practices into current programs or develop original programming based on the Organizational Mindfulness MBI or other IOSM neural training protocols.
