This Lab explores the science of stress, helping participants understand how the nervous system responds to pressure and how breathwork can be a powerful tool for self-regulation - and introduces the essential practices for reducing stress Facilitated By: OMN Community Leader Sarah Sherwood is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Mindfulness Coach, and Certified Trauma-Trained Breathwork Facilitator who works at the intersection of science and soul.
