We all know that we perform better when we have a good night’s sleep - But what we may not fully appreciate is how stark the difference is when we do not.
What We'll Explore
Over the past decade, neuroscientists have made a series of important discoveries about the function and critical importance of deep sleep.
In this Lab, we'll explore the sleeping brain and body, each sleep phase, the impact of insufficient sleep, and how we can create new neural pathways, build new habits, and make better decisions through more intentional sleep and deep rest.
We'll also experience a guided practice of the Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) protocol and discuss how to integrate it into our daily lives.
