Please join our weekly Mindfulness Practice Lab for a brief lesson, guided practice, and optional discussion. We’re training our minds to be calmer and more present, aware, attentive, and intentional — and to deepen the critical mental and emotional skills that improve our personal well-being and professional performance.
What We'll Explore
Each week, we’ll explore a traditional mindfulness principle or skill grounded in modern neuroscience and real-life application. Sessions include:
A brief teaching that introduces a key insight or practice
A guided mindfulness practice to strengthen mental and emotional skills
An optional group reflection to share experiences and connect insights to life and work
