About Coach Certification
Neural Skills Coach certification is a four-week extension for NSHP graduates who want to apply neural training in coaching, consulting, leadership, and organizational settings. It teaches professionals to effectively introduce science-based methods to the people and teams they support.
Participants learn to recognize the neural patterns that affect performance, identify appropriate interventions, and help clients and organizations build stronger mental, emotional, and behavioral capabilities. They graduate with unique expertise they can integrate into their existing practice-and the foundation to continue into Teacher Certification.

For Your Practice

"As AI reshapes coaching, the advantage shifts toward coaches who can do more than guide conversation—who can help people intentionally develop specific human capabilities."
ICF Thought Leadership Institute, 2026 ICF Coaching Futures Report

Take Advantage of the Shift
Independent coaches are caught between accelerating AI capabilities, changing buyer expectations, and rapidly expanding coaching platforms. Traditional coaching is becoming easier to automate, standardize, and commoditize.
Advancement pathways are changing too. As AI redefines roles, professionals are being rewarded less for what they know and more for the distinctly human skills they bring to increasingly automated, fast-moving work.
But the growing demand for human skills is creating new opportunities for high-achieving professionals who can lead the shift toward neural development—and for those who move early to integrate neural training into their practice.

Certified Coach
Graduates earn the Certified Neural Skills Coach (IOSM-CNSC) designation, along with an official IOSM certificate, digital badge, and listing in the IOSM Neural Skills Professionals Directory.
The credential recognizes knowledge of practical neuroscience for leadership and work, and the ability to identify neural patterns and development needs, select appropriate practices, guide neural training, and integrate neural-skills development into coaching, consulting, leadership, and organizational work.
Certified Coaches can immediately integrate neural training into their existing coaching, consulting, leadership, or talent-development work—and may continue to Teacher Certification in the same or a future cohort.

"The demands for uniquely human skills are rising faster than organizations’ ability to develop them—creating new opportunities for professionals who can help close the gap."
