Neural Skills Teacher Certification is a four-week extension for graduates of the Neural Skills Practitioner and Coach programs who want to deepen their command of neural development and teach its science, practices, and applications through structured learning.
It is designed for experienced executive and life coaches, consultants, educators, facilitators, HR, OD, L&D, and wellbeing professionals who want to bring neural-skills education into their own work, organizations, schools, universities, or professional practice.
Participants go deeper into the science of neural development, procedural learning, leadership, wellbeing, and work. They graduate as neural-skills subject-matter experts with the knowledge and credibility to explain the field, teach its methods, and create their own learning programs.

Certified Teacher
Graduates earn the Certified Neural Skills Teacher (CNST) designation, along with an official IOSM certificate, digital badge, and listing in the IOSM Neural Skills Professionals Directory. The credential recognizes advanced knowledge of practical neuroscience and procedural learning, a deeper understanding of neural skills for leadership and work, and the ability to explain and teach neural-skills concepts, practices, and applications through structured learning.
Certified Teachers are qualified to create and deliver neural-skills classes, workshops, and learning programs for clients, organizations, schools, universities, and broader audiences.
They are also eligible to apply for an IOSM Teaching Partnership—an opportunity to expand their reach with designated IOSM-branded curriculum, learning resources, and support.
