Anxiety and worry are so common, aren't they in our high stress society, let's take a few moments to get rid of some of that. So, first thing, bring your attention to your breath. That's the most direct way to deal with it. Place your hand on your stomach and just fill your stomach up like a balloon, just nice and slow. Exhale, squeezing it out. Just doing that a couple of times is a real direct way to let go of that anxiety. Just bring yourself down and ground the energy and other way sitting sitting in a chair. Just come forward with your knees separated, bring your elbows onto your knees and drop your head.
That just letting your head go, you're taking that anxious energy towards the ground. So you're literally grounding it. Taking your time and each phase of this you can bring your hands down onto a block or a book or a piece of wood. stay there as long as you'd like and you're going to slowly come up so that your elbows are back on your knees. So in just a minute as you come up, you've done a couple of things that really can knock down that anxiety and make you feel better have a better sense of well being
