So what I thought I'd start out doing is just giving you a brief introduction to mindfulness. Typically, mindfulness is kind of a buzzword. Everyone's heard it right. But what exactly is it? Well, some would say it's a form of being relaxed or being calm or having joy. And it's, it's a little bit of all of that. But ultimately, mindfulness is, is an attitude of, of having an open mind, it's, it's being open to whatever might be not having expectations of how things should be, because that might prevent us from seeing what is.
And I usually share this story that happened to me not long ago, I manufacture photography accessories, I have a company that makes all kinds of photography gear. And one of the new products we were working on, we were developing a component with a new supplier in China. And I have been working with their head of sales. And and when you work with with a company, or just with people in China, in general, they pick a Western name.
