Hello, everyone and welcome to Talks at Google. My name is Newton Chang and I'm director of health and performance here at Google. Today we welcome Maura Aaron's Meili. Maura is a leading voice on mental health in the workplace and beyond. She is an author, podcast host and leading speaker and consultant in the field, working with a variety of fortune 500 companies, startups and you US government agencies.


She is the creator of the award winning management and business podcast entitled, The anxious achiever where she speaks with a wide range of leaders and experts exploring the relationship between mental health and success.
