Hello, I'm Daniel Goleman, and longtime friend of OB, I presented it many, many of the conferences around the world. And I want to take this opportunity to share with you some thoughts on how you as a leader might better deal with the current crisis such as everyone is caught in. I know that right now, you may be preoccupied with the numbers with trying to figure out how to stay solvent, how to keep your employees were in business, or how to keep your business going at all.

But I want to point out to you the state from which you do this is really crucial. There's a tension between the brains executive center, the prefrontal area, behind the forehead, and the emotional centers in the center of the brain.
