For the past 365 days of my life, I've been growth journaling every single day. And for the year before that I was growth journaling on and off here and there. But for the last year, I've done it consistently. The reason I say growth journaling is because I do a different kind of journaling. It's not the dead diary kind. And I'll share with you exactly where you can learn how I do that kind of journaling at the end of this video. But this video, I want to dedicate to exactly how it's changed my life, because growth journaling has completely changed my life. And for those of you that are wondering why you should watch a video about why to journal and how it's changed my life. Instead of watching a video about how to journal let me explain exactly why change doesn't happen unless you've got a reason why.
And I know that this video will give you a lot of reasons why you should start journaling, you may know that you should start journaling, but you haven't done it yet. The goal of this video is to give you so many reasons that it's impossible for you to come up with excuses why you shouldn't start journaling. So by the end of this video, you'll want to start journaling, you'll be itching to start journaling straight away. So I urge you to just focus in and stay with me till the end of this video. If you can't do that, then what can you do? Stick with me for the end of this video and harness all of his emotions understand how journaling will change your life. And then at the end, you'll learn exactly how to start journaling. And I'll show you exactly how, at the end of this video growth journaling was with me at the very start of my journey. When I was broke. I was depressed. I was anxious and I had the worst procrastination problem you will ever imagine. And I clearly clearly clearly remember the very first time I tried growth journaling, I just jumped in my window and jumped in my window. Yes, I did.
