About this Event

Organizational Mindfulness( OM) is a new category of mindfulness-based intervention (MBI). Just as MBSR was created as a therapeutic intervention for pain and stress management - and MBCT to support cognitive behavioral therapy - Organizational Mindfulness is built from the ground up to increase individual and organizational performance.

Practice, Facilitate, or Teach

The IOSM OM Program consists of three independent but interlocking courses. Participants start by earning the OM Certificate, and can optionally choose to move on to the Facilitator and Teacher Certifications from there.

Course Summaries

All 3 options include pre-and-post course assessments, a weekly live 90-minute class, self-study resources, daily emailed practices, an active community of peers, and unlimited access to group coaching.

OM Certificate is a course for all individuals and teams, with no prerequisites. It introduces mindfulness through an all-science lens, applied to develop important performance capabilities, and solve real-world business problems.

OM Facilitator Certification is an optional 4-week extension for graduates of the OM Certificate course, that teaches hands-on facilitation skills for organizing programs, sharing knowledge, and leading practices. Starts immediately following the OM Certificate course.

OM Teacher Certification is an additional 4-week extension for graduates of the Certificate and Facilitator courses, that certifies participants to independently teach the branded Organizational Mindfulness curriculum. Starts immediately following the OM Facilitator course.
