The staff and volunteers who guide our membership, research, and educational programs, and manage our day-to-day operations. 

 

The founding advisory board of human capital and operating leaders, who embraced our vision for organizational mindfulness, and helped us form and launch IOSM.  

 

Responsible for designing the all-science curriculum and certification programs for performance-focused, organizational mindfulness.

 

Advising our efforts to raise awareness, design the blueprint, and define best practices for implementing effective enterprise mindfulness programs. 

Focusing on determining the measures, metrics, and analytics for assessing the impact of mindfulness on individual and organizational performance, and on business and financial results.

Monitors new developments in neuroscience, psychology, biology, and medicine, maps their application to organizational effectiveness, guides our original research projects, and makes sure our curriculum and messaging are based on the most current science.
