So let's try this counting breath meditation together. I'll just count up to five and back down. There is no pace I tend to do long slow breaths because I find it makes my body calmer. But it can be completely up to you and what feels right this is really again just about cultivating stillness learning to sit still learning to observe your thoughts.
So here we go so that was counting to five, and then counting backwards back down to one actually feel calmer. My thoughts I was noticing how odd it was to do this on camera to do this with lights on me. So my thoughts were kind of stringy when I noticed them thinking those things that came back to my counting and here we are
