About Mindfulness at San Francisco Dept of Public Health
Join us for our interview of corporate mindfulness champion Jenee Johnson, a Program Innovation Leader at the San Francisco Department of Public Health in San Francisco, California. We’ll learn about Jenee’s journey to launch and grow a successful mindfulness program - with a look at the discoveries made, challenges overcome, and success stories along the way.
About IOM Case Studies
IOM Case Studies are a monthly series of insights and lessons learned, from the front-lines of corporate mindfulness. Each episode shares a start-up journey and the important steps in the process for that organization.
Together, we’ll learn to build a business case, get executive buy-in, start a grassroots program, effectively communicate it, lead the meetings, train-the-trainers and roll it out across the enterprise — all from the champions who’ve been there and done that, inside the most progressive companies in the world.
About Andy Lee
Andy Lee is the founder of Mindful Ethos, and former Chief Mindfulness Officer at Aetna. He is a seasoned human capital executive, experienced mindfulness teacher, and a uniquely qualified expert in corporate mindfulness.
At Aetna, Andy was given the chairman’s mandate to build-out an enterprise-wide mindfulness program for over 40,000 employees. His ground-breaking system - from concept, to plan, to launch, to roll-out, to scale - was the inspiration for this series.
