Knowledge on the network isn’t static—it's evolving in real-time. Today’s most important insights aren’t in a textbook yet. They’re emerging in new ideas,  conversations, shared experiences, and real-world problem-solving

Learning Labs

Learning Labs are interactive network events that engage members to explore new science, solutions, and critical human skills.

Each offers an opportunity to connect and problem-solve with peers, exchange practical insights, and build new relationships.

All live and on-demand Learning Labs are included in Education Membership. Non-members are welcome to attend selected sessions—please select a category below to view upcoming events.

21-Day Neural Challenges

Neural Challenges are a uniquely effective method for shifting mindsets, habits, and behaviors. Each program combines a daily (under 10-minute) micro-lesson and guided practice that intentionally trains neural networks to develop specific mental and emotional skills.

Experiential, Procedural Training

Explicit learning enables us to capture facts, perform calculations, and hone our ability to retrieve them from memory. Procedural learning (sometimes called implicit learning) occurs through repetition of embodied experience.

As a result, conventional training programs can teach us about mental and emotional skills, but not how to embody and operationalize them. Mental and emotional skills are imprinted through physical retraining of neural networks and pathways in the brain.

Continuous Neural Learning

Each challenge, each month, is an intentionally designed sequence of knowledge and neural practices that train the brain to replace automatic patterns with intentional mindsets, habits, and behaviors.

Monthly Cohorts or On-Demand Access

New Challenge cohorts start monthly, providing opportunities for shared learning, momentum, and accountability. When the live cohort concludes, the Challenge is converted into a fully featured on-demand learning portal—so members can repeat the challenge or experience it on their own schedule.

Education Members have unlimited access to all live and on-demand Challenges. Non-members are invited to participate in the live cohorts below.

Cultivating Awareness - 21 day challenge.jpg

Cultivating Awareness trains our moment-to-moment awareness of thoughts and emotions. We teach our brain to sustain open, receptive attention that anchors the mind in present experience rather than automatic thought

Regaining Focus and Attention Control trains our attentional networks. We teach our brain to diminish distraction, stabilize attention, recover from interruption, direct our focus, monitor our surroundings, and sustain concentration.

Navigating Change and Uncertaint

Navigating Change and Uncertainty trains the neural flexibility needed to adapt under pressure. We teach our brain to diminish threat, accept ambiguity, decenter and reframe, and shift from resistance to intentional action.

Creating Trust and Influence

Creating Trust and Influence trains neural systems that signal psychological safety. We teach our brain to set the conditions—perceived steadiness, tone, presence—that build trust and strengthen collaboration.

Finding Purpose and Motivation trains networks that align mission with action. We teach our brain to clarify our beliefs, and activate the anticipation and reward pathways that sustain energy and drive.

Creating a Positive and Growth Mindset trains critical beliefs that determine our worldview. We teach our brain to reframe challenge as opportunity, replacing self-limiting narratives with adaptive learning responses.

Modern mindfulness laid the groundwork for today’s science of neural training. The methods pioneered through MBSR and MBCT opened the way for measurable, evidence-based pathways to strengthen the brain’s capacity for awareness, attention, emotional intelligence and resilience.

Landmark Courses

Landmark Courses are the foundational programs that define modern, evidence-based mindfulness. These globally respected, decades-old curricula represent the gold standard in the field, integrating traditional foundations with contemporary scientific research and practice.

Our MBSR, MBCT-L, mPEAK, and Deeper Mindfulness courses adhere closely to their original structures and standards. In a time when many programs are reshaped, abbreviated, or loosely adapted, these offerings maintain fidelity to the well-researched and proven source curricula.

More Resources, Continuous Learning

Each course is delivered with a companion learning portal that provides all materials in one place, including recorded sessions, slide decks, guided practices, curated research, and additional learning resources. Importantly, these courses are not delivered as isolated experiences. They are embedded in a continuous professional learning environment that provides daily research and insights, access to experts, and ongoing support.

Outside the Network, comparable Landmark Courses are typically offered as standalone programs, with tuition ranging from $600 to over $1,200 per course. Inside the network, Education Members have unlimited access to all Landmark Courses at no additional cost.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is the most widely studied and established modern mindfulness program. The 8-week course teaches mindfulness and meditation practices that reduce stress, enhance focus, and build emotional and physical resilience through direct experience and reflection.

pexels-dreamypixel-551852.jpg

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) is adapted from the clinical MBCT program at Oxford University. It is now offered as a skills-based course for wellbeing and resilience. Over eight weeks, participants learn to recognize habitual thought patterns, interrupt cycles of stress and reactivity, and integrate mindfulness into daily life to support balanced mental health.

pexels-gasparzaldo-6878548.jpg

Deeper Mindfulness is designed for experienced practitioners. The central element of the course is the exploration of "feeling tone" (vedanā in Buddhist traditions), which is the subtle, moment-by-moment sense of whether an experience (body sensation, sound, thought, emotion) is pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral, which often triggers unconscious emotional reactions and behaviors.
