IOSM Certification
IOSM Certification is a professional credentialing pathway that verifies readiness to apply neural training in professional and organizational settings. It prepares individuals, coaches, consultants, and other professionals to responsibly practice, facilitate, or teach neural skills for personal, leadership, and workforce performance. Certification is earned through expert-led and self-paced coursework, procedural practice, and formal skills assessment.
Why Now?
Organizations are under increasing pressure to develop human capabilities not taught in public education or traditional corporate training. Skills such as managing stress and burnout, sustaining focus and attention, building trust and psychological safety, and maintaining motivation and engagement are mental and emotional capabilities that require direct, experiential neural training.
Developing these competencies requires integrating explicit knowledge with procedural learning. IOSM Certified Facilitators and Teachers are trained to apply this approach responsibly with professional and organizational clients.
Certification Courses
IOSM Certification consists of three interlocking certification courses—Practitioner, Facilitator, and Teacher—each with a distinct scope and professional authority.
Participants may complete a single course or progress through multiple levels. Many begin with the Practitioner course to confirm a good fit, then progress to Facilitator and Teacher certification.
Most cohorts are organized sequentially, allowing participants to complete all three certifications in 16 weeks. Participants may pause at any point and resume certification by joining a future cohort.
Certified Teachers may apply for an optional Teaching Partnership license, which authorizes them to independently sell and deliver IOSM-branded curriculum to organizational clients.

Human skills account for 85% of job success. Only 15% is correlated with functional or technical expertise.
