Staff and Volunteer Teams — We’re building community, facilitating research, organizing resources, and designing educational programs for our members and the enterprise.
Operating – The staff and volunteers who guide our membership, research, and educational programs, and manage our day-to-day operations.
Educating – Certified Teachers and Teaching Partners who translate science and neural training into high-impact learning experiences for leaders, teams, and organizations.
Networking – Community Leaders and Subject Matter Experts who guide our OM Network Communities, focus our research and content, and connect members around shared interests and challenges.
Advising – Our founding and evolving advisory board of human capital and operating leaders, who’ve embraced our vision for procedural skills in education and the workplace, and helped us form, launch, and grow IOSM.
Staff and Volunteers
IOSM is powered by an extraordinary volunteer community—ranging from college interns to seasoned executives—who share a common purpose: improving human capabilities through advances in neuroscience and its applications.
Nearly all of our work is accomplished through volunteer leadership and contribution, reflecting a deep commitment to creating better leaders, healthier workplaces, and higher-performing schools and organizations worldwide.
