Thank you all for giving me a chance to share with you this morning, a little bit of this last seven years of teaching mindful leadership. And I like to start by telling you a little bit of how I'm standing here, because sometimes oftentimes, just before I take to the stage for things like this, I have these moments of how did this happen?

I was an NYU Law grad. What am I doing here? What is how did this work? And I didn't start Buddhism when I was a teenager, and I'm not a Buddhist. So So what am I doing here? So my journey, I have to take you back to the turn of the century. To the beginning of this century, I'm not that old.
