Hello everyone. My name is Leslie pace Gormley, and I am a user experience researcher for Google workspace, as well as a mindfulness coach and yoga instructor. And today I am so excited to welcome Sharon Salzberg.
Sharon is a world renowned author, speaker and meditation expert who has been teaching and practicing mindfulness for the past 50 years. She has authored 13 books and hosts a podcast called The metta hour featuring over 100 interviews with top leaders and voices in the meditation and mindfulness movement. You can find her work in publications such as Yoga Journal, tricycle, Time Magazine, and more. Her upcoming book, finding your way meditations, thoughts, and wisdom for living and authentic life is set to be released on October 10. And it's available for preorder.
