Welcome to the this overview of the from the Institute of the Organizational Science and the Mind, and I'm letting in people here. Hello, Ringo, Amy, Dana. Delighted to have you all here. We have almost 80 people signed up, but I know that sometimes schedules change, so we might not have everyone here. But I'm really thrilled to see you here. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy lives.
Over the next 45 minutes or an hour or so, I will give you this preview of something that the institute has been building and launching, and we've had our first cohorts go through the Neural Skills for Human Performance course, which is really science-based curriculum for human capabilities that leadership and workplaces really demand now, and actually a lot of these skills are not always currently taught in our education system or in other professional development. While we're waiting, I see Renee has also arrived here.
