Transcript

Okay, welcome everyone to this series of perfect love lectures this year. Have the pleasure to introduce Lisa Feldman Barrett, who's a professor of psychology at North Eastern University in Boston, among other things, to the general public, she's probably most well known for her books how emotions are made, and seven and a half lessons about the brain. She also written a lot of interesting papers. But I know many of us have read and like and if you haven't, then you get a chance now to to hear it. About it anyway, popular papers, apparently, since we I was looking at going in scholar, and you're close to 100,000 citations, so we can all be envious about that.

So now for for three days, here we have three lectures. Today, it's about creation, creating emotions. Tomorrow, we'll talk about creating the mind. And then on Wednesday, relational realisms, which I assume will be slightly more philosophical. Rebecca, I'll give more to you. Thank you. Thank you so much. It's a real pleasure and an honor to be here today to have a chance to talk with you. So I very much appreciate the invitation to give these public lectures.
