About the Event
Please join us for a preview of the new IOSM Organizational Mindfulness Program. For the past year, we've been working with our Education Committee and members to design the next generation of all-science, performance-focused mindfulness training.
Beyond Stress Reduction to Peak Performance
Organizational Mindfulness (OM), is an entirely new category of modern practice. Just as MBSR was created as a therapeutic intervention for pain and stress management - and MBCT to support cognitive behavioral therapy - Organizational Mindfulness is built from the ground up to scale personal and organizational performance.
A Program for Learners, Facilitators, and Teachers
We are starting our founding cohorts for the OM Certificate, OM Facilitator Certification, and OM Teacher Certification and License on Wednesday, June 29th at 12:00 pm Eastern.
The program consists of three independent but interlocking courses. Participants can sign up for the initial 8-week OM Certificate course - choose to stay onboard for the 4-week OM Facilitator Certification - or stay through the final 4-weeks for the OM Teacher Certification and License to teach the branded curriculum, with turnkey course materials and resources.
A New Standard Curriculum
Organizational Mindfulness incorporates the principles and practices of traditional mindfulness, with the stress management concepts of MBSR and MBCT - and extends them with a deeper knowledge of the research in neuroscience and psychology - with a decade of studies in mindful leadership and organizational development - and with the best practices and lessons-learned through early-adopting corporate programs.
If you're looking for a mindfulness practice that goes beyond stress control, or a professional training course for your team or organization, or the skills to facilitate or teach this new generation of mindfulness, please join us for a look at this new resource.
