A 2-hour Neural Skills Workshop
About the Event
Psychological safety begins in the brain long before it becomes a cultural norm. This session explores the neural science of threat and safety signals—how people assess risk, how trust forms, and what leaders can do to create environments where people speak up, contribute openly, and take healthy interpersonal risks.
Participants gain clear, actionable methods for signaling safety in everyday interactions. You’ll leave with tools for encouraging candor, reducing fear-driven behaviors, and strengthening collaboration across teams.
Neural Leadership Series
A five-workshop series aimed at developing the most critical leadership capabilities today. Each interactive, experiential workshop teaches the neuroscience, neural practices and solutions that scale individual, leadership, and organizational performance.
