Organizational Mindfulness Program

About the Event

Organizational Mindfulness (OM) is an entirely new category of modern practice. Just as MBSR was created as a therapeutic intervention for pain and stress management - and MBCT as an adjunct to cognitive behavioral therapy - Organizational Mindfulness is intentionally designed to scale personal and organizational performance.

We welcome individuals and teams of any size to this public program - or we’re happy to provide a dedicated training at your convenience, and at no additional charge.

Organizational Mindfulness is also designed to serve as a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer program, and can be bundled with licensed materials, resources, and support, to create a turnkey in-house mindfulness program.

If you have any questions about the program:

Program Options

The OM consists of three independent but interlocking courses. Start by earning your OM Certificate, and choose to move on to the Facilitator and Teacher Certifications from there.

1. OM Certificate

An 8-week course for individuals and teams, that introduces mindfulness through an all-science lens, to develop important performance capabilities, and solve real-world business problems.

2. OM Facilitator Certification

A 4-week course for graduates of the OM Certificate course, that teaches hands-on facilitation skills for organizing programs, sharing knowledge, and leading practices. This course starts immediately following the Certificate course

3. OM Teacher Certification

A 4-week course for graduates of the Certificate and Facilitator courses, that certifies and licenses participants to independently teach the branded Organizational Mindfulness curriculum. This course starts immediately following the Facilitator course.

Certified OM Teachers receive access to the IP, instructor guides, course materials, and IOSM learning resources
