A 2-hour Neural Skills Workshop

About the Event

Effective leadership is built on measurable mental and emotional capabilities—attention, emotional regulation, adaptability, and interpersonal sensitivity. This workshop explains the neural systems that shape these capabilities and shows how everyday leadership behaviors arise from predictable brain patterns. Participants learn how stress, uncertainty, cognitive load, and emotional triggers influence decision-making, communication, and team dynamics.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the brain mechanisms behind effective leadership and practical neural methods for improving performance in real time. The session provides tools leaders can apply immediately: techniques for maintaining clarity under pressure, strengthening emotional self-regulation, improving relational awareness, and creating conditions that support trust and collaboration within teams.

Neural Leadership Series

A five-workshop series aimed at developing the most critical leadership capabilities today. Each interactive, experiential workshop teaches the neuroscience, neural practices and solutions that scale individual, leadership, and organizational performance.
