If you are unable to sign in to your IOSM account because you have forgotten your password, you can have a reset link sent to your email address. From there, you can create a new password to sign in to your IOSM account.
To have a password reset link sent to your email:
1. Click Log-in (top right)
2. Bottom of the form, click "Already a member? Log In"
3. Select: Log in with Email
4. Forgot password.
A reset link will be sent to your email address, please make sure to check your spam folder. If you haven't, please make sure to whitelist IOSM, to guarantee all account related emails are delivered to your inbox.
Public profile: Other members can see your information and profile on the Members Directory page, follow your activity and send you messages.
To make your profile public:
1. Log-in (disregard if you're already logged in)
2. Select your account
3. Profile
4. Left side of your Account background photo, select "Make Profile Public"
5. Confirm
Private profile: Your details are only visible to you; other members cannot see your information. This is for members who just want to track of their own activity on your site.
To make your profile private:
1. Log-in (disregard if you're already logged in)
2. Select your account
3. Profile
4. My Account
5. Scroll down to Account Settings
6. Drop Down Profile Visibility
7. Make Profile Private
Important Note: Making your profile private will disable you from:
1. Following other members
2. Commenting and Liking Posts
3. Joining Groups (Also, you'll leave the groups you've joined.)
Subscriptions: In the My Subscriptions page, members can view their plan's status (e.g. active, expired), cancel a plan, check when a plan is set to expire, and more.
To view My Subscriptions:
1. Log-in (disregard if you're already logged in)
2. Select your account
3. My Subscriptions
IOSM Events
If you have purchased one of IOSM Public Class Courses, a confirmation email would have been sent to your email from EventBrite. If you're still have trouble finding your confirmation, please click here to chat with an IOSM agent.(https://www.iomindfulness.org/contact-us)
If you're attending an IOSM event, a confirmation email was sent to your email from EventBrite. To access the events log-in, please scroll down to "Additional Information", there you will find the link to the event, and information on how to access it.
After attending an IOSM Public Class, you will have access to IOSM Student Portal.(https://institute-for-organizational-mindfulness-iom.teachable.com/)
Access IOSM Student Portal & Your Courses:
1. Log into IOSM Student Portal (https://institute-for-organizational-mindfulness-iom.teachable.com/)
2. Select "My Courses"
Enroll into your self-study course (current students):
1. Log into IOSM Student Portal (https://institute-for-organizational-mindfulness-iom.teachable.com/)
2. Select the class you've just attended
3. Start now for $195 (you will not be charged, if you've purchased a ticket from IOSM EventBrite)
4. Add Coupon Code (Your Coupon Code will be found in your email, if you have not received your after class instructions to Enroll into your self-study. Please contact us here (https://www.iomindfulness.org/contact-us))
5. Apply Coupon
Enroll into your self-study course (new students):
1. Enroll into IOSM Student Portal (https://institute-for-organizational-mindfulness-iom.teachable.com/)
2. Select the class you've just attended
