IOSM Certification Programs
IOSM Certification is a comprehensive pathway that equips individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills to practice, facilitate, and teach all-science neural training and organizational mindfulness-based interventions.
The program teaches foundational neuroscience, mindfulness, and neural practices—and their applications to develop critical mental and emotional skills. Participants learn to facilitate programs with clients, teams, and organizations, and to teach neural practices in accordance with IOSM and OM MBI standards.
Neural and Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBI)
Just as Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is designed for stress management, and Oxford University’s Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for therapists treating depression—Organizational Mindfulness is a unique, all-science adaptation designed to scale individual and organizational performance.
Neural skills and Organizational Mindfulness-Based Interventions target modern workplace challenges. They offer solutions for reducing stress, anxiety, distraction, conflict, toxicity, exhaustion, and burnout, while increasing awareness, attention control, human well-being, cognitive performance, and emotional intelligence.
Though mindfulness is a foundational discipline, it is only a single domain within a broader field of procedural neural training methodologies. The IOSM curriculum extends beyond it, translating neuroscience and organizational research into practical interventions that shape the brain through intentional neuroplasticity.

Certification Pathways
The IOSM Certification Program consists of three independent and interlocking courses—Practitioner, Facilitator, and Teacher—that provide unique value at each level.
Participants may choose a single course, progress through two, or continue through all three. You're welcome to start with the Practitioner courses to make sure the program is a good match—and you can upgrade anytime.
Most cohorts are organized with the three courses in sequence to provide a comprehensive teaching credential in just 16 weeks. However, you can pause at any time and resume your certifications by joining a future cohort.
Certified Teachers may apply for an optional Teaching Partnership license to independently sell and deliver the IOSM-branded curriculum to their organizational clients.

Foundational programs that teach neuroscience and neural practices to develop critical human skills and solve workplace challenges. Choose: Organizational Mindfulness, Neural Leadership, or Neural Well-Being.
A 12-week program (including the pre-requisite 8-week certificate course). Graduates are qualified to integrate neural training principles and practices in their work.
a 16-week program (including the pre-requisite 8-week certificate course and 4-week Facilitator extension). Graduates are qualified to create and teach programs based on the Organizational Mindfulness MBI.
Teaching Partners
Certified Teachers who are licensed to sell and teach the IOSM-branded curriculum to their organizational clients. Partners can offer certificate courses, workshops, classes, and series—with marketing and sales assistance from IOSM
