Hello and welcome. I'm Jenny Wood. And I'm an executive in G tech here at Google for an org that helps drive 10s of billions of dollars in annual advertising revenue. I am also the founder of own your career and initiative used by 10s of 1000s of Googlers. To increase their impact and influence at work. Outside of work, I'm writing a book about how to get what you want unapologetically. And as a first time author, I could not be more grateful to have Daniel Pink as my mentor.
