So guys, this is all about mindfulness, because, you know, one of the things I did is I had a crazy, big meltdown, like, if you're familiar with autism, autism, people have meltdowns that are caused by triggers in certain situations. And I had a massive meltdown when I was at work. But I used to work in a multimedia place, and I had a massive meltdown at work, and then I had to go for some therapy. And one thing I had to do in therapy was understand mindfulness.
