Hello, everyone, and welcome to Talks at Google. My name is Suzette. And I'm incredibly excited to welcome our guests today, Rob cross and Karen Dillon. So perhaps at some point in your life, you felt exhausted and burnt out, but you couldn't quite put your finger on why?
